There are so many studies and research papers out about car insurance at the moment that it is difficult to keep up with them all. So many have caught my eye but one I want to comment on today revealed that men were more likely to have comprehensive car insurance than women. This surprised me but not as much as the figures did when it got to the part about comprehensive taxi insurance policies.

Apparently, more and more taxi drivers, male and female alike, are looking to save money on their taxi insurance and so are asking for extras to be left off or are simply choosing not to have a policy as comprehensive as they may have had before. Whilst this is understandable in the current climate, it is not ideal and many experts strongly advise against it. Think of what could happen and how much money not having adequate taxi insurance could cost you before you take a policy out.
